A quick hello!

Just popping in very briefly today... the July edition of Crafts Beautiful is out now, featuring another one of my projects for them - a 'New Home' gift set, including framed picture, card and gift tag, what do you think?

Anyway not got much else to report today... Oh except that I'm waiting on the delivery of my blanket yarn - so excited for it to come, so I can start making granny squares in prettier colours! I had another practise at one a couple of days ago and it was much less wonky than my first attempt, so am now itching to get going on some more!

Anyway, that's about it for today, told you it was a brief one! Hope you're having a lovely week x

hey new (ish) Pal...
love the home picture - right up my street.
Loving what you've done with the table/chairs (same oil cloth as me - great taste)
Liking the look of your hooker book - thinking Cleggy would quite like me to learn the ways of a hooker - and pleased to report that learning how to crochet is on the list of things I MUST achieve while I'm in my 40's. Ordinarily I would put this off until I'm 49, but having tried crochet, resulting in nothing but a tantrum, I know to start this one soon!

looking forward to your next creations...

Lovely work again, Jenny - I'd already spied it in my copy of CB! Such pretty colours. Wonder what your wool is like? You are speeding along there, already ordering it! I have just received my crochet book but haven't had a chance to open it yet!

I saw that in my copy, I love it, well done! Thanks for you comment on my blog, the spotty tins were from Tescos! I think they were £4.99 for two.
